On March 6, the Wage and Hour Division (WHD) of the DOL announced a new nationwide pilot program, the Payroll Audit Independent Determination (PAID) program, to facilitate resolution of potential overtime and minimum wage violations under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

To understand how this will affect employers across the U.S., Tammy McCutchen, former DOL WHD Administrator and ComplianceHR VP and Managing Director, and special guest Lisa (Lee) Schreter, Co-Chair of Littler's Wage and Hour Practice Group, will shed light on this new 6-month nationwide pilot program and identify the practical steps employers should take to self-audit for overtime and minimum wage compliance. Along with ComplianceHR CEO Lori Brown, Tammy and Lee will share their invaluable insights and perspective on why PAID presents a unique opportunity for employers to mitigate risk, avoid costly litigation and penalties and importantly, how technology can help.
