In the wake of the coronavirus (COVID-19), much of the workforce has been sheltering in place and performing daily responsibilities remotely. This circumstance presents unique legal and practical issues for all leaders. Additional challenges confront women as they shoulder domestic duties and confront the amplified demands of a remote workplace that casts a new light on their leadership presence.

Littler's Women's Leadership Initiative (WLI) sponsors a virtual lunch session with Dawn Sorensen of the healthcare products company Coloplast and Aurora Kaiser of the global freelancing platform Upwork. They share their views on leadership in the remote workplace during a guided discussion by Littler's Jacqueline Mrachek. Each panelist will offer personal insights and lessons learned as they continue to navigate a path that is likely to bring lasting change to the American workplace.
