Jacqueline Mrachek counsels and defends companies in a wide range of employment law matters, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour compliance, drug and alcohol testing, and disability and medical leave requirements. She also regularly conducts workplace investigations and counsels on the enforcement of noncompetes, restrictive covenants and other employment contracts. Jacqueline has represented employers before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Minnesota Department of Human Rights, and has extensive experience in such sectors as automotive, retail, financial services, health care, insurance, manufacturing and medical devices.
