On September 13, 2018 the N.J. Department of Labor released proposed regulations implementing N.J.'s Earned Sick Leave Law (which becomes effective October 29). The proposed regulations answered many questions about how the new law will be interpreted and enforced. As is often the case during rulemaking, the proposed regulations left some questions unanswered, and raised some new questions.
During this follow-up webinar, we will discuss the proposed regulations and identify best practices for compliance while the rulemaking process plays out over the next few months.
