For the first time in more than forty years, a substantial reform of Mexican Labor Law came into effect on December 1, 2012, representing extensive implications for employers with operations in Mexico.

The reform responds to the need for a more accurate legal framework with the current conditions and challenges of the Mexican Labor Market, and affects areas including employee contract flexibility, back wage limitations, and union democracy, transparency, and accountability.

Experts from our Littler Mexico office will discuss the details of this reform during our webinar, including its legal effects on employers and the best strategies for implementing it.
