Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) is continuously evolving to reflect changes in the potential liabilities of individuals and their companies. This event will feature a discussion of the latest developments in EPL insurance, including its interrelationship with the defense of employment claims. The information discussed will be relevant to companies who already have EPL policies as well as those considering them. Topics will include proper defense and coverage of claims arising from:
