In Venezuela, employers and workers face the great challenge of reinventing themselves and forging the paths to overcome the current crisis.

For the past 17 years, the renowned analyst Luis Vicente León, director of Datanálisis, has participated in this seminar. This year, he will discuss the challenges employers are facing in the prevailing business climate.

José Manuel Puente, economist and professor at the University of Oxford and IESA, will cover the country's economic situation and how companies can respond under these circumstances.

Juan Carlos Varela, labor and employment attorney and partner at Littler, along with the Littler Venezuela team, will discuss and offer recommendations to employers on how to operate within the current labor and employment legal environment.

The presentations will be in Spanish with simultaneous translation in English. The seminar will also be broadcast via videoconference in both languages for those who are not in Venezuela.
