FY 2026 EEOC Update: Littler’s Top 10 Issues of Concern for EEO Compliance

Tuesday, November 10, 2026

  • 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM PST

On September 30, the EEOC completed its Fiscal Year 2026, and for those who deal with the EEOC on a regular basis, it clearly was not business as usual.

As EEOC Chair Andrea Lucas approaches two years at the helm, we have witnessed dramatic changes at the agency. There have been ongoing challenges to DEI programs and initiatives and a significant uptick in religious discrimination claims. More recently, we have witnessed operational changes, including shorter deadlines for responding to discrimination charges and limited extensions for those responses.

In this webinar, some of Littler’s leading EEOC practitioners will share their insights into recent developments at the agency. You will hear more about some of the highly publicized litigation involving the EEOC's key priorities, and also learn that over the past fiscal year, the actual court filings include many of the same types of lawsuits filed by the EEOC in recent years.

This fast-paced webinar will focus on Littler’s “top ten” issues of concern for an employer’s EEO compliance efforts in dealing with the EEOC. You won't want to miss this important session!
