Throughout the pandemic, women have found themselves juggling work and home responsibilities in a way they never had before. And as companies are now starting to return to in-person work, many women are choosing to continue working from home, whether for reasons of family obligation or for reasons of personal preference. During this session, we look at return-to-work initiatives, and what these changes mean for women who may remain at home. Are they being left behind as office culture picks up where it left off? How do you keep your seat at the table when your seat in the office is empty?
Littler Florida's WLI presents a virtual open forum to discuss these issues. This session does not have a set agenda. Instead, the topics we discuss will be driven by you, the participants. The goal is to leverage the collective experience of the attendees by answering questions about best practices, as well as presenting strategies for addressing employment-related challenges.
