With recent tragic deaths of several Black Americans, as well as the fallout from a devastating pandemic’s disproportionate effects on black and brown communities, organizations throughout America are wondering (a) how to fortify diverse and inclusive work environments, (b) how they can help disrupt the inherent and institutionalized biases contributing to these experiences, and (c) how they can best respond to, support, and/or protect themselves from both the positive and negative activism affecting their businesses.

Littler Florida’s Women's Leadership Initiative (WLI) presents a virtual open forum lunch to discuss these challenges. This session does not have a set agenda. Instead, the topics we discuss will be driven by you, the participants. The goal is to leverage the collective experience of the attendees by answering questions about best practices, as well as strategies for addressing employment-related challenges.
