The speakers will discuss the implications of Europe’s new Privacy Shield (a.k.a Safe Harbor 2.0) and General Data Protection Regulation that are continuing to challenge employers regarding the collection and transfer of employee data on both sides of the Atlantic. Specifically, panelists for the U.S. and Europe will provide practical explanations and recommendations for multinational employers following the review of the new Privacy Shield Agreement, the obligations for employers under the GDPR, and what employers can expect going forward.
