As we cross the anniversary of the pandemic, employee burnout, isolation, and general malaise wear on. If you feel like you’ve noticed an uptick in internal employee complaints, it’s not likely a coincidence, and you’re not alone.

Investigating employee complaints, which is complex under normal circumstances, has been made even more so in year two of COVID-19, when your employee population may be even more geographically scattered, your time is spread thinner across more investigations, and your witnesses, evidence and stakeholders are all remote. Vaccine availability and a looming return to work may add additional nuances.

This webinar will address adapting investigations to our current reality, such as remote interview techniques, navigating public health orders and a partially vaccinated employee population, and planning and conducting your investigation efficiently. We look forward to discussing best practices for conducting remote investigations promptly and equitably during this unprecedented time.

About the Series

Join us on the first Wednesday of each month for a quick, 30-minute update to keep you in the know. Littler's Denver attorneys and our guest speakers will cover the issues Colorado employers face every day. Each month's session will include discussions on labor and employment trends, legal updates and compliance strategies. We will wrap up each webinar with a 15-minute Q&A session.
