Analysis: Wal-Mart ruling no knock-out blow for class actions


The article discusses the impact of the landmark Dukes v. Wal-Mart ruling and points out that other employment class action suits, such as those involving overtime and wage-and-hour claims are “surviving and may have even been strengthened by the ruling.” According to Allan King, “A lot of the judges are reading the Dukes case narrowly.
