Tessa Gelbman serves as Knowledge Management Counsel for Littler Mendelson’s Healthcare and EEO/Discrimination Practice Groups, and helps edit and manage firm publications. She also supports Littler’s Workplace Policy Institute by monitoring new legislation, federal agency activities, congressional hearings, U.S. Supreme Court cases, and executive orders that impact labor and employment law.

She has also advised and litigated on behalf of management clients concerning a variety of matters, including:

  • Alternative dispute resolution
  • Employment discrimination and harassment
  • Trade secret and non-competition disputes
  • Fair employment policies and practices
