Perspectiva General

Liliana Acuña concentrates her practice in the area of labor law, and assists in mediation and litigation She participates in discussion of collective bargaining agreements with unions. Liliana also carries out investigation processes to implement preventive and corrective actions in workplaces and attends discrimination complaints before the National Council to Prevent Discrimination (CONAPRED).

Liliana advises employers on a variety of labor and employment topics, including individual and collective labor relations, dismissals, new hires, teleworking, and general compliance with Mexican labor law and current subcontracting practices in Mexico. She assists in the drafting and review of internal documents, such as individual employment agreements, collective bargaining agreements, internal labor regulations, internal policies, disciplinary measures and more. Liliana represents clients before the Local and Federal Labor Conciliation Center.

Before joining Littler, Liliana was an associate attorney at another Mexico City law firm.
