Taylor M. Brodsky’s litigation practice focuses on defending employers in both class action and single-plaintiff wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation actions, as well as vigorously defending clients who have charges brought before the New York State Division of Human Rights and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). In addition, Taylor has worked with clients facing employee misclassification issues and navigating class-wide audits from the Department of Labor. Taylor brings an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction, ensuring that every client is not just represented but actively engaged and informed throughout the legal process.

Prior to joining Littler, Taylor interned with distinguished labor and employment law practitioners, providing invaluable insights into best practices for managers and executive staff navigating the intricacies of employment law.

During law school, Taylor dedicated her time to multiple pro bono matters, including providing legal assistance to those in the community facing challenges and needing assistance on matters such as housing, divorce, and employment issues. She served as the managing editor of staff for Hofstra's Labor and Employment Law Journal. In addition, Taylor was a judicial intern for the Hon. Judge Ann Donnelly in the Eastern District of New York.

Taylor’s journey is characterized by a relentless pursuit of excellence, a commitment to client advocacy, and a genuine passion for making a positive impact on the legal community. Beyond the legal realm, Taylor believes in giving back to the community and continues to invest her time in pro bono initiatives.
