Prior to joining Littler, Thomas was a senior associate in a firm in Long Island, a senior litigation associate at a mid-size law firm, and a boutique firm litigator, both in Connecticut. He previously was with a full service firm in New York.

Thomas obtained mediation certification at Hofstra University School of Law.
