Colton D. Long regularly advises on and litigates unfair competition matters, including:

  • Noncompetition agreements and other restrictive covenant issues
  • Securities whistleblower allegations and investigations
  • Wage and hour disputes
  • Executive compensation matters
  • Workforce restructuring issues

Colton also has broad experience advising businesses on human resources policies and practices. 

Colton is dedicated to providing timely, pragmatic advice to businesses and professionals across the country, and vigorously litigating matters when disputes cannot be resolved. Colton’s first priority is building positive working relationships with clients, instilling trust, and working proactively to take complex legal issues head on. He is also passionate about providing pro bono legal work and giving back to his community and devotes his time on behalf of multiple nonprofit organizations across the Chicago metro area.
