Robert Stepien has nearly 10 years of experience advising employers in the area of HR law. He advises clients on the hiring and dismissing of employees (individual and group), hiring temporary employees and outsourcing services, shaping relations with trade unions, and implementing and resolving collective labor agreements, in addition to other areas of labor law. He conducts training and workshops in the field of HR law. Clients appreciate his responsiveness and business-oriented approach. Robert is pursuing a doctorate in Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw.
