This 4-part series will address a variety of HR updates and challenges, as well as pitfalls most likely affecting your HR department. The second part of this series is aimed at teaching the practical skills necessary to investigate workplace incidents. Participants will learn how to prepare for an investigation, how to conduct interviews, and the skills of effective report writing.
