This 4-part series will address a variety of HR updates and challenges, as well as pitfalls most likely affecting your HR department. Our panel of seasoned attorneys will provide you with practical guidance and advice, leaving you with a clear understanding of how best to navigate through uncertain terrain.

The final part of this series is an interactive primer on the qualifications for FMLA leave, including proper designation of the leave, interaction with other leaves, an overview of the process of seeking second opinions, providing intermittent leave, job protection, and what to do when the leave expires.
