Federal Contractor E-Verify Rule Delayed Until June

On April 16, 2009, the U.S. Department of Defense announced that the effective date of the Federal Contractor E-Verify Rule will be delayed until June 30, 2009. To that end, the federal government will include the new E-Verify clause in affected contracts on or after June 30, 2009.
