Veteran Attorney Jonathan C. Wilson Joins Littler Dallas As Shareholder

DALLAS, TX (January 10, 2013) – Littler Mendelson, P.C. (Littler), the nation’s largest employment and labor law firm representing management, has added former Haynes and Boone partner and section chair, Jonathan C. Wilson as a shareholder in its Dallas, TX office. A seasoned labor lawyer, Wilson brings with him expertise in defending employers in wage and hour cases, discrimination and whistle-blower lawsuits, executive contract disputes and fiduciary and unfair competition claims.

Wilson has successfully represented employers in union-organizing drives, unfair labor practice and representation cases before the National Labor Relations Board, negotiations of collective bargaining agreements and labor arbitrations. His clients cross a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, retail, service, finance, healthcare and transportation. He is also a strategic advisor to employers on significant business decisions impacting labor and employment matters.

Wilson received his J.D., with honors, from the University of Wyoming in 1983, and a B.A. from the University of Wyoming in 1980.
