(March 29, 2018) – Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, is pleased to announce that Shareholders Robert Blumberg (Los Angeles) and Ted Schroeder (Pittsburgh) have been named “Client Service All-Stars” by the BTI Consulting Group Inc. in its new report, the BTI Client Service All-Stars 2018. This is the 11th consecutive year that at least one Littler attorney has been selected to the annual list.
The 2018 edition was compiled based on hundreds of interviews with legal decision-makers at large organizations with $1 billion or more in revenue. All-Stars are selected based on six traits: client focus, client experience, legal skills, business understanding, value and thought leadership.
“We applaud Robert and Ted for making this year’s list and consistently demonstrating superior client service, as well as a deep understanding of their clients’ business,” said Tom Bender and Jeremy Roth, co-managing directors of Littler, in a joint statement. “At Littler, delivering quality service is among the top priorities, and it is rewarding for our attorneys to be recognized for their efforts.”
