Littler’s Anthony Hall Elected to National Bar Association Leadership Role

ORLANDO (August 18, 2017) – Anthony Hall, office managing shareholder in the Orlando office of Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has been elected vice president of finance for the National Bar Association (NBA). The NBA is the nation’s oldest and largest national network of predominantly African-American attorneys and judges. Elections were held during the NBA’s 92nd Annual Convention in Toronto.

“It is an honor to serve a significant organization such as the National Bar Association,” said Hall. “I look forward to working with the NBA leadership team in furthering its mission and advancing civil rights in the legal profession.”

In his role as vice president, Hall will oversee finance and manage the association's financial operations, including the annual budget and fundraising. He previously served the organization as the president of the Virgil Hawkins Florida Chapter of the NBA, as well as the NBA Region XI director.

With a wide range of experience in labor and employment law, Hall has litigated and tried federal and state cases involving discrimination, harassment, whistleblowing and retaliation, as well as unfair competition and trade secrets. Additionally, he represents employers in collective, class and hybrid actions brought under the Fair Labor Standards Acts and various state wage and hour laws.

In addition to his litigation practice, Hall conducts management and preventive training on workplace legal issues. He is also an adjunct professor at the Florida A&M University College of Law. Hall earned his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and B.A. from Morris Brown College.
