Littler Strengthens Its Mexico Offices with the Addition of Two Prominent Lawyers

MEXICO CITY, MEXICO (September 17, 2015) – Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, continues to expand its presence in Mexico with the addition of two shareholders. Heriberto Hernández Quiroga joins the firm’s Monterrey office and Luis Rolando Santos González joins Littler in Mexico City. The addition of Hernández Quiroga and Santos González raises the total number of attorneys practicing in both offices to 28 and reflects Littler’s continued growth in Mexico.

About Heriberto Hernández Quiroga

Hernández Quiroga, a renowned litigator in Monterrey with more than 25 years of experience focuses his practice on a range of labor and employment matters, including litigation and trials, alternative dispute resolution, labor management relations, appellate practice and hiring, performance management and termination. He represents employers both nationally and internationally with a focus in complex litigation. He regularly counsels clients with regard to individual and collective litigation processes, management of labor restructure and transfer of undertakings. Prior to joining Littler, Hernández Quiroga served as a partner at Guerra Gómez Hernández Abogados, a labor and employment boutique firm in Monterrey. Hernández Quiroga also teaches labor law at Universidad Regiomontana. He received his Law Degree from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo Leon.

About Luis Rolando Santos González

Santos González is a seasoned labor and employment attorney with more than 36 years of experience. His practice focuses on individual and collective litigation for national and international clients in a broad range of industries, including hospitality, mining and banking. Santos González previously served as a partner at Natividad Abogados. Active in the legal community, Santos González is a member of the Mexican Bar Association, National Association of In-House Counsel, Mexican Society of Labor and Social Security Law and was president of the Association of Junior Baseball League from 2005-2010. Additionally, he has contributed to several publications, including labor lex (Coparmex) and Evidencias, on labor law topics and is continuously sought out as a speaker for employment law events. Santos González received his Law Degree from Escuela Libre de Derecho.
