“On behalf of the firm, we are proud to congratulate Bill on this well-deserved recognition of his deep knowledge and experience in labor law and labor relations,” said Tom Bender and Jeremy Roth, co-managing directors of Littler, in a joint statement. “Our clients and colleagues have benefitted tremendously from Bill’s counsel over the years and, if confirmed, we know that he will also bring significant value in his service on the NLRB.”
Currently a shareholder in Littler’s Los Angeles office, Emanuel has extensive experience representing employers in traditional labor matters, including NLRB cases, collective bargaining, labor arbitrations, union election campaigns, strikes and picket lines, and litigation concerning union access to the private property of employers.
