(September 25, 2017) – Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, is pleased to announce that William J. Emanuel has been confirmed by the United States Senate to serve as a member of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).

Emanuel was nominated by President Donald Trump in June to serve on the NLRB.
