Littler Mendelson Welcomes Darren M. Mungerson to the Chicago Office

Chicago, IL/ August 11, 2008 -- Littler Mendelson, P.C. (Littler), the nation’s largest labor and employment law firm representing management, is pleased to announce the arrival of its newest shareholder, Darren M. Mungerson, formerly of Jenner and Block, to the firm’s Chicago office.

Mungerson has extensive experience counseling and representing employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters. His practice is focused on employment litigation and counseling primarily in the areas of, employment discrimination claims, labor arbitrations, non-competition agreements and wage and hour laws.

Mungerson is an active member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the labor and employment section of the American Bar Association. He has also authored numerous articles in well-reputed publications.

Prior to joining Littler, Mungerson was of counsel at Jenner and Block, where he was a member of the Litigation Department and Labor and Employment Practice.

Mungerson received a B.S. degree in organizational behavior, graduating with highest honors (Bronze Tablet) from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. He earned his J.D. from Harvard University, graduating cum laude.
