Littler Global Member BDS Asesores Adds Partner Yeris Nielsen to Panama Office

(June 1, 2017) – Littler Global member BDS Asesores, a leading labor and employment law firm in Central America, Panama and the Dominican Republic, has added Yeris Nielsen as a partner in its Panama office.

Nielsen has extensive experience counseling employers on a broad range of labor and immigration matters, as well as resolving disputes before labor authorities and strategic planning for employment liabilities and labor contingencies. She has held several positions within the private and public sectors, including serving as chairman and national director of the Boards of Conciliation and Decision of Panama’s Ministry of Labor and Workforce Development.
