(June 11, 2018) – Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has named Austin Shareholder Darren Gibson and Nashville Shareholder Michael Moschel as co-chairs of the firm’s Higher Education Industry Group. “We are pleased to have Darren and Michael serve as co-chairs of the Higher Education Industry Group and thank Kris and Walter for their many years of leadership,” Tom Bender and Jeremy Roth, co-managing directors of Littler, said in a joint statement. “Darren's and Michael’s depth of knowledge and extensive experience representing colleges and universities will further enhance the firm’s ability to advise and defend clients on a myriad of employment and labor law matters in the higher education environment.”
