MELVILLE, NY (JUNE 08, 2015) – Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has expanded its Melville, Long Island office with the addition of Leslie M. DiBenedetto as an associate. Prior to joining Littler, she was an attorney with Kaufman, Dolowich & Voluck, LLP.
DiBenedetto has experience representing management in employment discrimination and wage and hour litigation. She also advises clients on day-to-day employment matters and represents companies in Department of Labor audits investigating minimum wage and overtime compliance. Additionally, she has drafted employee handbooks and policies, as well as position statements and post-hearing briefs in matters pending before state and federal administrative agencies.
An active member of the professional community, she serves on the Board of Advisors for St. John’s University School of Law Center for Labor and Employment Law.
DiBenedetto received her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law where she graduated with honors and received her B.A. from Pennsylvania State University in Sociology; Crime, Law, and Justice and a minor in Information Systems and Statistical Analysis, cum laude.
