SAN FRANCISCO (August 15, 2022) – Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has added Lee E. Sheldon as of counsel in its San Francisco office. Sheldon has deep experience across the spectrum of employment litigation, with a focus on litigation covered by employment practices liability insurance. His move follows the addition of shareholder Noah Garber in San Francisco last week, along with a string of recent lateral hires throughout the firm’s U.S. offices. Sheldon joins Littler from Armijo & Garcia, house counsel for Chubb.

Sheldon defends employers in wide range of labor and employment disputes including harassment claims, discrimination claims, disciplinary matters, retaliation and wrongful terminations. His clients include employers of all sizes, from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Sheldon has trial experience in both state and federal courts and also handles cases in front of administrative agencies including the California Labor Commissioner’s Office, the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
