High Court Extends Employee Whistle-blower Protections

Edward Ellis is quoted in this article on the March 5, 2014 ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court stating that the whistleblower protections in the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) apply to employees of contractors and subcontractors of a publicly traded company as well as to employees of the public firm itself.
