College of Labor and Employment Lawyers Elects Littler's Theodore A. Schroeder as Fellow

(June 24, 2019) – Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, is pleased to announce that Theodore “Ted” Schroeder has been elected as a fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers in the Class of 2019. This year’s annual installation of fellows is scheduled for November 9, 2019, during the ABA Labor and Employment Law Section’s CLE Conference in New Orleans.

“We are proud to have Ted represent the firm and join Littler’s roster of lawyers who serve as fellows in this prestigious organization,” said Tom Bender and Jeremy Roth, co-managing directors of Littler, in a joint statement. “Ted exemplifies the leadership qualities the college seeks for its fellows. He has made significant contributions to the firm and our clients, and he is most deserving of this honor.”

The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers is a nonprofit professional association honoring the leading lawyers nationwide in the practice of labor and employment law. Those selected to the college must uphold the highest professional qualifications and ethical standards, as well as exhibit strong scholarship, teaching, lecturing and/or writing, along with leadership of no less than 20 years. He represents and counsels global, national and regional clients in all aspects of their employment and labor law compliance.
