Littler’s APAC Regional Office in Singapore and Managing Partner Trent Sutton Earn Recognition in 2026 Chambers Asia-Pacific Guide

The 2026 edition also highlights Trent M. Sutton, Managing Partner of Littler’s APAC Regional Office in Singapore, who has earned recognition in this distinguished legal guide for his contributions to the field.
Since opening Littler’s APAC Regional Office in Singapore in November 2019, Littler has continued to expand its presence across the region. The regional team consists of six attorneys who offer in-depth knowledge of the local laws across the region and practical insights for navigating cross-border compliance. Leveraging extensive knowledge of the Asian employment landscape, Littler advises APAC-based corporations and multinational companies that are operating or expanding into the region to ensure compliance with employment regulations and to find strategic solutions to challenging business initiatives. Drawing on his experience of living and working in the region, Sutton provides practical, culturally informed guidance on compliance, workforce mobility and global HR strategies across Asia. Further, as a U.S. licensed attorney, Sutton regularly advises multinational clients based in APAC or Europe on strategies for engaging workers in the U.S., and how to build, maintain, expand or reorganize their U.S. workforce. He represents Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies and helps clients manage cross-border employment challenges and implement consistent, efficient solutions for their international operations.
Sutton earned his J.D., cum laude, from Brigham Young University, his M.P.A. from Syracuse University and his B.A. from Brigham Young University.
