Littler Welcomes Shareholder Kathleen Lucchesi in Charlotte
CHARLOTTE (April 13, 2026) – Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has added Kathleen (“Kathi”) Lucchesi as a shareholder in its Charlotte office. Lucchesi, who joins the firm from Jackson Lewis, brings more than two decades of experience helping employers prevent, navigate and resolve workplace disputes across the full spectrum of employment law.
"Kathi’s client-centric approach and focus on developing business-oriented solutions that effectively minimize risk is exactly what organizations need in today’s rapidly changing environment,” said Erin Webber, Littler’s managing director and president. “We are thrilled to welcome her to the team and confident that her blend of creativity, sound judgment and deep experience guiding organizations through challenging workplace issues will be an invaluable asset to our clients.”
Lucchesi counsels public and private employers on issues such as hiring and termination, employee discipline, discrimination and harassment claims, wage and hour compliance and family and medical leave. She guides employers through investigations by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Department of Labor, Employment Security Commission and Department of Justice, and conducts internal investigations involving whistleblower, discrimination and retaliation claims.
“As Charlotte continues to expand its national footprint and attract new business investment, employers need seasoned professionals like Kathi to guide them during this period of growth,” said Kellie Tabor, Littler’s Charlotte office managing shareholder. “Her proven experience and insight into the Charlotte legal and business landscape will be a significant benefit to clients operating both locally and across the country.”
In addition to counseling and investigations, Lucchesi’s practice includes drafting and refining employment policies, contracts and separation agreements; conducting workplace training; and guiding employers through crises such as employee embezzlement or corporate misconduct. She also draws on an extensive trial background representing clients in significant litigation matters, including having previously served as an Assistant District Attorney in Charlotte, and trying more than 100 cases before state and federal juries.
“I’m excited to join the Littler team and contribute to its strong track record of guiding clients through their most complex challenges,” said Lucchesi. “Littler’s combination of proactive risk management strategies and deep litigation experience and capabilities when disputes do arise aligns perfectly with my practice. I look forward to working with my new colleagues to help clients navigate the evolving legal and business landscape with confidence.”
Lucchesi received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Law and her B.S., cum laude, from the University of Indianapolis.
