LOS ANGELES (January 13, 2026) – Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has added Andrew Lichtenstein as a shareholder in its Century City office in Los Angeles. Lichtenstein joins the firm from Epstein Becker Green and brings significant experience across the full spectrum of workplace law.

“Andrew is a business savvy attorney whose litigation strength and approach to solving complex employment problems enhances the value we offer our clients,” said Erin Webber, Littler’s managing director and president. “As California continues to set the pace nationally on workplace regulation, it is critical that our clients can rely on experienced counsel like Andrew to navigate high-risk employment disputes while keeping business objectives front and center. We are excited to have him as part of the team.”

Lichtenstein advises and defends employers in complex workplace disputes and enforcement matters. He represents companies in wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower, and wrongful termination matters, as well as trade secret disputes and government investigations. His experience spans trials, arbitrations, mediations and administrative proceedings, including labor disputes under collective bargaining agreements and before the National Labor Relations Board.

“Andrew’s arrival comes at a time when California employers are navigating new legislation, with more change expected ahead,” said Shannon Boyce, Littler’s Los Angeles office managing shareholder. “2026 is already shaping up to be a busy year for our clients with operations in the state. Andrew brings the experience and steady judgment clients need to manage heightened risk, respond to disputes, and stay focused on their business priorities in today’s constantly evolving regulatory environment.”

Lichtenstein provides practical guidance on compliance, personnel decisions, workforce restructurings and union organizing matters, helping clients address issues early and minimize risk. He also conducts workplace investigations and drafts key employment policies and agreements. He has represented employers across industries, including technology, media, pharmaceuticals, financial services, healthcare, hospitality, retail, airlines and private universities.

“I’m excited to join Littler at this next stage of my career,” said Lichtenstein. “The firm’s unparalleled experience in labor and employment law combined with its collaborative culture, provides the perfect platform for me to continue helping clients navigate an increasingly complex and fast-moving employment landscape.”

Lichtenstein received his J.D., summa cum laude, from Loyola Law School, his MFA from the University of Southern California, and his B.A. from the University of California Santa Cruz.
