Littler Welcomes Johnny Wang as Shareholder in St. Louis
ST. LOUIS, MO (June 1, 2026) – Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has added Johnny Wang as a shareholder in its St. Louis office. Wang joins from a global mobility organization with over 90,000 team members, where he served as in-house labor and employment counsel.
While in-house Wang provided day-to-day advice and counseling on a broad range of employment matters across the U.S., Canada, Europe and Asia-Pacific. He was the primary legal support for the organization’s global relocation and immigration team and advised on OFCCP and artificial intelligence compliance obligations. Wang’s role also supported labor relations matters outside of the US, labor and employment aspects of M&A transactions, and wage and hour compliance.
“Johnny brings more than two decades of cross-border labor and employment law experience, both as in-house and outside counsel, and is deeply attuned to the most urgent issues facing our clients today,” said Erin Webber, Littler’s managing director and president. “His ability to guide global workforce strategy and implementation, while gaining the trust of C-suite leaders will be invaluable to our team and clients.”
Prior to moving in-house, Wang was a partner at a large law firm, where he developed and executed HR strategies covering compliance, executive compensation, international employment law matters and labor relations. He was first-chair trial attorney in a variety of high-profile cases involving employment discrimination claims, wage and hour class and collective actions, restrictive covenants, and labor arbitrations. Additionally, Wang served as lead negotiator for several labor contracts and assisted employers with union organizing campaigns and strikes.
“Johnny has an outstanding track record of advising major multinational organizations in regions that align well with Littler’s footprint in North America, Europe and Asia,” said Kimberly A. Yates, Littler’s St. Louis office managing shareholder. “From high-stakes litigation and complex investigations to policy development and compliance, Johnny provides holistic counsel on the many issues impacting the workplace. We couldn’t be more excited to have him on board.”
Wang regularly engages with senior leaders and corporate boardrooms on issues such as executive separations, employment litigation and organizational restructurings. He has also spearheaded cross-functional teams in developing and implementing policies to address new state laws and corporate directives.
“Littler’s global platform, resources and depth and breadth of labor and employment law experience is unmatched,” said Wang. “I’m thrilled to collaborate with the firm’s talented group of attorneys and help clients navigate increasingly complex workplace challenges.”
Wang received his J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis and his B.A. from the University of Missouri – Columbia. Outside his practice, he serves as President of the Board of Trustees for the St. Louis County Public Library District. Wang also just completed a six-year term as a board director and executive committee member for Midwest BankCentre, a large bank in St. Louis. He co-founded the Asian American Chamber of Commerce of St. Louis and was awarded Best Under 40 by the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association, and 40 under 40 by the St. Louis Business Journal.
