Littler Elects Ted Schroeder to Board of Directors
(April 9, 2026) – Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, had added Shareholder Ted Schroeder (Pittsburgh/Charleston, WV), to the firm’s 2026 Board of Directors. He succeeds Michael McGuire (Minneapolis) who is moving into the role of Corporate Secretary.
“We are so happy to have Ted return to the Board,” said Erin Webber, Littler’s managing director and president. “His longstanding roles in firm leadership positions, including previously serving on the Board, and deep institutional knowledge, paired with a strong commitment to our clients and colleagues, underscore the leadership he brings as we continue to focus on the firm’s business priorities.”
Schroeder represents clients in all aspects of employment and labor law, with a focus on employment litigation matters, as well as counseling of various workplace issues and multi-state compliance. He currently holds several firm leadership positions, including co chair of the Associates Committee and the Career Advocacy Program, and previously served for eight years as the Office Managing Shareholder for the firm’s Pittsburgh and Charleston offices.
“I’m honored to once again join the Board and eager to contribute to the exciting momentum underway at Litter,” Schroeder said. “I look forward to working alongside our leadership team to advance the firm’s strategic objectives and identify new ways to evolve and lead in an ever-changing legal market.”
