Littler Continues Canadian Expansion with New Vancouver Office and Addition of Paul Pulver

VANCOUVER (January 12, 2026) – Littler, the world’s largest employment and labour law practice representing management, today announced the opening of its third Canadian office in Vancouver, British Columbia, and the addition of Paul Pulver as a partner. Pulver joins the firm from Pulver Crawford Munroe LLP.

The launch of the Vancouver office marks another significant milestone in Littler’s rapid Canadian expansion. Since entering the market in 2015, the firm has built a robust national platform with offices in Toronto, Montréal, and now Vancouver, reflecting both surging client demand and the firm’s success in attracting leading top-tier legal talent. Coming just five months after establishing its Montréal office, Littler’s Vancouver expansion reinforces its commitment to serving employers across Canada’s key economic hubs.

“The opening of our Vancouver office and welcoming Paul mark a strong start to the new year and is another important step in advancing our global strategy,” said Erin Webber, Littler’s managing director and president. “With offices now established in Canada’s major business hubs, we’re well positioned to guide employers from coast-to-coast through the challenges and opportunities shaping the year ahead. We look forward to building on this momentum and delivering seamless, cross-border counsel to Canadian and multinational employers navigating today’s complex workplace challenges.”

Pulver is a highly regarded and accomplished labour and employment lawyer, who advises private and public sector employers on a broad range of matters, including employment agreements, wrongful dismissal litigation, human rights issues, grievance arbitrations, discipline and discharge, collective bargaining, and labour board applications. He regularly appears before the British Columbia Supreme Court and Court of Appeal, the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal, as well as multiple administrative tribunals including the B.C. Labour Relations Board, Canada Industrial Relations Board, and B.C. Human Rights Tribunal.

“As we continue to grow our presence as a destination for both clients and top legal talent in Canada, we’re thrilled to welcome Paul to the firm,” said Stephen Shore, office managing partner for Littler’s Canadian offices. “Paul will immediately serve as a leader within our Canadian operations and will rapidly scale up our ability to support our clients in British Columbia.” Paul’s insight into the region’s regulatory environment and his extensive experience advising employers through periods of change make him an exceptional resource for the Canadian business community and multinational companies operating within it.”

Pulver received his B.A. from McGill University and LL.B from the University of British Columbia.

“Littler is a global labour and employment law powerhouse and I’m looking forward to helping the firm shape its growing presence in Vancouver and across Canada,” said Pulver. “I’ve been impressed by the firm’s expansion in the Canadian market and I’m excited to contribute to that momentum and collaborate with a premier group of labour and employment lawyers.”

Littler maintains a global presence with 100 offices across four continents – North America, South America, Asia and Europe – and offers multinational employers comprehensive legal support on cross-border employment matters, labour relations, dispute resolution, and litigation.
