Littler Adds Carlos Gonzalez as Chief Digital Innovation Officer
NEW YORK (January 12, 2026) – Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has welcomed Carlos Gonzalez as the firm’s Chief Digital Innovation Officer, where he will drive technology strategy in close partnership with firm leadership. He previously served as Chief Information Officer at Epiq, a global legal and compliance services platform.
A seasoned enterprise technology executive for legal, healthcare and financial services companies, Gonzalez brings nearly 30 years of experience leading impactful technology and architecture initiatives—from cloud adoption, data governance and cybersecurity efforts to artificial intelligence (AI), automation and other enterprise-wide digital transformations. At Epiq, he oversaw a 340-person global IT organization supporting approximately 10,000 employees, spearheading AI initiatives and infrastructure and operational improvements.
“Carlos is a results-driven and solutions-oriented technology leader whose innovative approach will play a critical role in shaping Littler’s digital evolution,” said Erin Webber, Littler’s managing director and president. “With his experience spearheading a wide range of technology projects and leading large cross-functional teams, Carlos is well positioned to advance the firm’s technology initiatives and support Littler’s broader business goals.”
Prior to his time at Epiq, Gonzalez served in senior roles at Mt. Sinai South Nassau Communities Hospital and Allscripts, a $1.5 billion publicly traded healthcare technology company. In both roles, he focused on security, disaster recovery planning, digital infrastructure and operational improvements, modernizing core technology programs to reduce overall risk and drive efficiencies.
At Littler, Gonzalez will lead the firm’s digital transformation efforts and work closely with practice groups and business services teams to implement process improvements. He will oversee the firm’s technology functions, including systems, data, infrastructure, security and talent, while guiding the responsible use of AI and other advanced technologies to improve client service, operational efficiency and productivity.
“Littler has a strong track record of leveraging technology in practical, meaningful ways, and I’m excited to build on that foundation,” said Gonzalez. “My goal is to strengthen what’s working and introduce new capabilities to continue to evolve our approach of technology, while supporting the firm’s people and clients and powering its long-term growth.”
Gonzalez received his B.S. in Business Administration and Management from Capella University.
