Van Goodwin Offers Employers Advice on Immigration Walkouts

In this article urging employers not to overreact to the immigration walkouts, shareholder Van Goodwin offers insight on the matter, "I think most (businesses) will say we're willing to make some accommodation to you as long as you provide advance notification," Goodwin said. "It's a rather difficult issue for employers because everyone recognizes there is a need for immigration reform ... from the employer side, employee side and the public sector side."
