Trump Moves to Pre-empt State AI Laws with Executive Order

Niloy Ray says employers would prefer the less complex, burdensome regulatory environment that comes from eliminating the growing patchwork of laws, but President Trump’s executive order challenging state laws that regulate AI causes unwelcome turmoil and needs to be resolved quickly.
