Time to Display Revised Workplace Posters

The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) has revised two workplace posters in light of new workers' rights laws, including the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA), and Mark Phillis advises employers to replace the August 2016 version with the April 2023 version.
