E-Verify mandate about to hit Ga. Businesses

Of the larger businesses in Georgia, Littler attorney Ian Macdonald says, “they’ve already had to deploy E-Verify due to other state laws, [because] they have federal contracts in place or they’ve decided that it’s a best business practice.”
