Artificial intelligence can be discriminatory, according to NJ bill

Speaking on behalf of the Workplace Policy Institute, Lauren Marcus told NJ lawmakers that a bill to regulate automated tools in New Jersey appears to have many of the same issues as legislation in New York, which has been delayed because of “unanswered questions.”
