Is It Time That We Finally Part Ways With the NLRA?

In this article, Littler’s Michael J. Lotito and Sara B. Kalis examine the waning necessity for the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA).

They assert that the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has become more of an activist organization and that many of the recent decisions and rules made by the NLRB have been rejected by the courts. Additionally, the continued negative reviews and seeming disinterest in unionization may render the NLRA irrelevant.
