Overview

Yuri Choy defends clients against wage and hour claims, including class and representative actions. Yuri also defends claims involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation under the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA). As a counselor, Yuri conducts compliance audits on pay practices and employee handbooks.   

Her background includes government-side experience in wage and hour as a mediator for the California State Labor Commissioner and in unemployment insurance as an administrative law judge for the California Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board.
