Yash Patel represents employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including single plaintiff, class action, and representative action lawsuits. In addition, Yash provides advice and counseling to employers seeking guidance on compliance, employee relations, and risk management issues.
Prior to joining Littler, Yash practiced at an international AmLaw 100 firm, where he represented and counseled employers in a variety of labor and employment law matters. He also gained experience working at a national litigation-based firm in Silicon Valley, and in the legal department of a global Fortune 200 technology company.
During law school, Yash served as Articles Editor for the UC Davis Law Review, as well as Editor for the UC Davis Business Law Journal. He was also a Moot Court competitor and a board member of the Trial Practice Honors Board.
